With Canmore being the only sunny area in the front range on that day, I settled on a Canadian Rockies classic: East End of Rundle (EEOR). This is the town just 30 minutes south of Banff. How To Get To The Trailhead of EEOR: The closest town to the East End of Rundle hike would be in Canmore, Alberta.
